1. Deputy Project Director 

Deputy Project Director 

Job Responsibility for Deputy Project Director 
  • The responsibility for the Deputy Project is to Participates in the Zero Cash Policy (ZCP) management and also help the Project Director in the implementation of the alleviation plan with NMCP as needed.
  • The responsibility for he Deputy Project Director will be In collaboration with CRS Partnership Program Manager and Senior Finance Officer monitor the capacity by building activities of the project sub-recipients and partners.
  • The responsibility for the Deputy Project Director will again be In close collaboration with the Project Director, manage partner project budgets, track financial and material resources according to the policies and guidelines of the Global Fund and CRS, and provide support to ensure timely financial and narrative reports to CRS
  • The responsibility for the Deputy Project Director manager will help  the Project Director in the launch of the NFM3 Malaria, HSS and support start-up activities and also to enable smooth close out of NFM2 grant activities
  • The responsibility for the Deputy Project Director manager is to help the PD in the HIV sub-grant management when needed
  • The responsibility for the Deputy Project Director will lead grant period budget reviews
  • The Deputy Project Manager responsibility will assist the Project Director in implementing partners agreements and amendments 
  • The responsibility for the   Deputy Project Director will represents  the project director in CRS at the national and international levels 

Qualification and Experience for Deputy Project Director 
  • Interested Applicant must have a advanced degree and experience in international public health.
  • Interested Applicant must have strong experience in project grants management, including project design, more preferably for grants from multiple public donors including the Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB and Malaria.
  • Interested Applicant ability to write high quality technical proposals and technics
  • Interested Applicant must have at least 1year experience coordinating with partner organizations to implement complex health projects
  • Interested Applicant must have experience in MEAL skills.
  • Interested Applicant must have an experience of Staff management and abilities that are conducive to a learning environment.
  • Computer working experience: Interested Applicant with experience using MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Web Conferencing Applications, information management systems.
