1. Procurement Manager

Duty/ Responsibility for Procurement Manager
  • The Accountability for a  Procurement Manager is to perform the duty for the efficient coordination and management of the supply chain Procurement activities for international rescue commute council Borno field office location and also reports to the areas Base offices in compliance with international rescue commute and donor regulations.
  • The of responsibility for this position is to through directly supervise the Emergency Supply Chain ,Officers Procurement officers  in Maiduguri and also Procurement Assistants in Monguno and Gwoza Area Base offices. 
  • Another aspect  responsibilities for the position of Procurement Manager include procurement management and staff management.
  • The Duty of Procurement Manager is to provide a report to the Supply Manager (Expatriate) in Maiduguri Field Office and will also be given technical support from the Supply Chain Coordinator in the his duty as a procurement manager.
Qualification Requirements And Experience.
  • Interested Applicant Should have Bachelor’s Degree, required. Degree, diploma or professional Interested Applicant Should Have certification in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field are more encourage to provide
  • Interested Applicant Should have at least 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain / Procurement Department.
  • Applicants with the following working Experience USAID, BPRM, UNHCR, DFID, ECHO, and EU, and knowledge of specific donor guidelines will be added an advantage.
